Has my order shipped yet?
You will receive an automatic email once your item has shipped. From there you can check the status of your shipment.
What is your current turnaround / processing time?
3-5 business days (Monday-Friday)
What is the difference between shipping times and processing times?
Processing time is referring to the time it takes me to lovingly handmake your order! During relatively busy periods, I might need a little bit longer as everything I send out is made to order!
Shipping is how long it takes to reach you once shipped.
Do you do custom orders?

Returns & Cancellations
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds will be given once item is returned minus original shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned - custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items purchased with coupons, or exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
