Has my order shipped yet?
You will receive an automatic email once your item has shipped. From there you can check the status of your shipment. 

What is your current turnaround / processing time?
3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) 

What is the difference between shipping times and processing times?

Processing time is referring to the time it takes me to lovingly handmake your order! During relatively busy periods, I might need a little bit longer as everything I send out is made to order!

Shipping is how long it takes to reach you once shipped. 

Do you do custom orders?

Returns & Cancellations

At Roseford Lane, we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase! While we’re unable to offer exchanges or cancellations, you may return any item within seven days of receiving it if it doesn’t bring you joy. We’ll be happy to provide a full refund.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds are issued once the item is returned, minus original shipping costs.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, items on sale, gift cards, and purchases made with coupons are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
